Employees may take photographs or videos at client properties for promotional or advertising purposes. These materials will never include personally identifiable information (e.g., faces, names, addresses) and will fully comply with UK data protection and privacy laws, including the UK GDPR. Clients may opt out or withdraw consent at any time by contacting Us in writing.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information is treated as confidential. We will not share personal details with any third party unless legally required or with explicit client consent. This includes conversations, schedules, and property access information.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the premises at the agreed time. If keys are provided to the Company, they will be securely stored and used strictly for agreed services.
6. Service Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may incur a full service charge.

Refunds are at our sole discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Payments and Late Fees

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

Late payments (over 14 days) may incur a late fee.

Persistent non-payment may result in service suspension or legal recovery action.
8. Employee Conduct and Boundaries
Our employees are trained professionals. They are not permitted to engage in:

Personal errands or non-work-related activities
Any inappropriate or illegal client requests will result in immediate termination of services.
9. Client Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff. This includes harassment, threats, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions. Services may be suspended or terminated immediately in such cases.
10. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
We may use either our own products or those supplied by the client. Please inform us in advance of any preference. The Company is not liable for damage caused by client-supplied products or faulty equipment.
11. Time Windows and Delays
Service appointment times are approximate. While we aim to be punctual, delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays under 30 minutes do not qualify for refunds or cancellation.
12. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback. Please raise concerns within 48 hours of service delivery. We will investigate and respond promptly in line with our internal procedures.
13. Safeguarding and Companionship Services
We are committed to safeguarding vulnerable individuals. All companionship staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding practices. Any concerns about client wellbeing may be escalated to appropriate authorities where necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

Personal injury not caused by our negligence
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the service or £80 (whichever is lower).
15. Insurance
We maintain public liability insurance. Clients should notify us of any valuable or fragile items before the service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unreported valuables.
16. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage You to review their terms and policies before engaging with them.
17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
18. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
